What makes a great foosball table? Is it the rods, the players, the goalie or the material is made of? Truth to be told, it’s each and all these features that makes it or breaks it. Of course beside everything there is your skills that will decide the winner but let’s look at the best foosball tables we found and see why are they great and how can they help you.
The major difference in between this table and the other one from EastPoint we reviewed in this top of the best foosball tables is the length, this is 60 inches long (our longest table we reviewed so far). But there are other couple of things that differentiate them like the weight, the price and so on. Let’s go and check on everything one by one.
EastPoint Sports Liverpool is a 60-Inch foosball table for 2 or 4 players. Has a sturdy construction made of high density particles board with a nice stylish stained wood veneer. it comes with 4 foosballs and a shim pack for fine leveling. The steel poll rods use a bushing slide and spin gliding system so while is not bearings based it can be quit smooth and nice to use. The bumpers do a great job keeping everything together though you may need to tighten the rods caps periodically.
The steel player rods come with robo-style non-counterbalanced players. If you like the balanced ones you can always buy at extra cost. The table features a nice classy designed bead scoring on each players end to keep the score easily even over the most intense nerve racking action games.
It’s 29.75 inches wide and 34 inches high and weighs 106.92 lb when fully assembled. It falls somewhere in the mid tier for the weight. We prefer heavy foosball tables but this is not that light to make it hard to play and makes it enjoyable if even for the fact that you can shake it easily and move the ball when is not reachable by the players. We liked the add-on piece you can use on the sides to keep the ball moving and avoid dead spots where the players cannot reach.
It features high performance steel rods with bushing spin and slide making it an easy play for maximum torque fast action. The metal poles go freely through the table holes and the holes are capped with plastic caps. The numbers do a great job and even if there are no bearings the games are smooth and nice.
The assembly is not difficult but it may take up to 4-5 hours if you do it alone. It comes with a lot of pieces and they all take time to put together. If you can trade the plastic parts with metal ones that will give the table a longer life. The instructions are kind of complicated but if you are a patient person you should be fine.
Overall it looks great and has a nice feel to it. The rods slide nicely and the hard plastic players have a nice futuristic kick. The playing field may be warped and irregular for some sets but the client support is great and they will send spare parts if needed, nothing to be bitter about after all. If you plan to us it in a frat house this might not be your best choice but it should handle just fine a family play. Recommended if you play casual.
Sport Squad FX40 it’s a compact tabletop foosball table dedicated mostly to kids and beginners though I’m pretty sure some advance players would like to give a go as well. It is 40 inches long, 20 inches wide and 8 inches deep so it will fit pretty much anywhere there is a table (kitchen table may work the best since is so tiny) or a desk. It is portable and easy to store. If you drive a truck or a van you can take it with you to your friends house or even pack it up for your cottage vacation. Is not a competition foosball table but if you price convenience above everything else you might love it. Not enough room in your house? No problem, it should slide easily under your bed.
Sport Squad FX40 foosball table has 3 rod bars per player, instead of 4 usually found in a standard foosball table. Comes with manual scorers, 2 foosballs with the ball returning at the goalies net and 3 goalies which makes it for fast plays and lots of fun. It’s easy to assemble and transport, features a good attractive design and a compact form. It is quite durable though it may not be ideally for adults because it’s light and it will move easily up and down, left and right on the supporting table. Shouldn’t be an issue with kids since they don’t use that much strength, or are they?
The surface playing field, while not comparable with bamboo laminate or solid wood, is quite sturdy and makes it for a great play. However, the legs are not sturdy enough and are getting loose in time after a lot of playing. You may need to screw them in place or glue them better. Not a biggie but we thought worth mentioning.
Overall, Sport Squad FX40 is a decent foosball table for the price, built for kids and casual players who are just looking to have some fun with friends and family while not being too serious about foosball. It’s more a toy than a serious thing but the portability and the fact that is easy to store made it a great contender in our top. You will enjoy it.
If you have teenagers or if you like to play it rough, Triumph 48 inches Sweeper might not be perfect for you. However the most of us play irregularly usually at occasions like Thanksgiving or other family reunions holidays and this foostable will hold just fine at low to medium abuse. It’s a beginner table which comes at a quarter of the price comparing to more advanced ones and we think is not a bad deal for the money. It’s quite sturdy for what is made of, plastic, rubber, steel and wood.
It is 48 inches long, 24 inches wide and 31 inches high. Not big but not necessarily small, perfect for tournaments with friends. Has 4 chrome plated hollow steel player rods per player, 26 individual players in the field and 3 goalies per team. You can remove 2 goalies if you want to make the game harder and more interesting and play with one goalie only. Oh snap! The 36 inches long rods have ergonomic grips for easy use.
Putting everything together is not hard but is time consuming. The assembly should take somewhere between one to two hours top. The rods are shiny, sturdy but light so someone can play fast and aggressive without problems. Some people might not like the hard plastic handles, they might be too tough for some players. We expected more cushion but hey, it’s a decent table for a decent price. Want more? Go for the $500. Plenty of choices for everyone.
All in one, Triumph 48 in. Sweeper Foosball Table is not for everyone. If you are a casual player this table will hold just fine for years to come. If you are more of a competitive one, this might not be the perfect option for you except if you are on a budget. It is $100 at the time of this review and for a foosball table is a sweet deal that goes a long way. You won’t regret it.
Best Choice Products 48″ foosball table is made of fiberboard with an attractive wood veneer. So it looks like wood but it isn’t, thought we need to get this out of the way at the start. The rods are made of chrome finished steel and they move smoothly with one note. There are 22 total players on the field, one goalie, one team in white and the other in red. The players look cool. The handlebars have good grip but they may appear small for some players. The set comes with 2 balls.
There are 2 cup holders, one at each end of the table so you can drink and play if that’s what you do. Grab your drink, spin, strike and score! A nice addition and can be of great use though if you are competitive having a drink attached to a foosball table might not be the best thing. They can be attached to the table with 4 screws each. The cups are good to have but non essential.
The table is sturdy, well built and it takes 1-2 hours to build depending on your skills or if you’ve got help. No tools necessary though you may still need to drill some holes if they are not fully drilled. The directions aren’t bad but the pictures are quite small and that may be confusing.
It’s 47 inches long, 24 inches wide and 33 inches high. It has a good height for both kids and adults. If you find dead spots, the table comes with leveling adjustments. The players are not counterbalanced, not that we expected to be for this money. Everything feels small from the table size to the rods handles so probably Best Choice Products 48″ Foosball Table will work better with kids than adults.

It takes 2-4 hours to assembly everything and you will have to make sure you put everything together in the room you think you will use it because it may be hard if not impossible to move it around because of the weight and once the rods are on. Be prepare for the tons of screws and will be a great idea to have an electrical screwdriver around. The best part is the plastic players come preinstalled so the only thing you have to pay attention is to place them in the right spots but the manual instructions are pretty self explanatory.
It’s a 3 goalie setup but the players are screwed in so you can transform it into a 1 goalie option if you want to make the game more interesting. You go champion!

Features an official competition size being 54 inches long, 29.5 inches wide and 34.5 inches high. It has 4 rods per each side and it can be played by 2 or 4 players. Comes with two foosballs and it weighs 84.44 pounds. That is less than half of the heaviest tables we review today and that can be good or bad depending on some things; if you plan to move it around a lot or if you have small kids, a lighter table like this is perfect. If you are really into foosball and like to play it hard, it might be too light and not sturdy enough.
It features a Luster Long finish with scratch and tear resistant coating build for intense game playing. The 8 high performance player rods are made of steel, spinning and sliding easily due to the EasyPoint bushing system, delivering fast paced action. While the plastic decals are a nice touch the high density particle board beneath it may not hold that much abuse.
The assembly directions are easy to follow and accurate and it should be easy to put up single man but having someone to help would help. Don’t over-screw because you may cause cosmetic damage or even have wood split. Apply the right pressure and make sure you have a power drill around in case some of the holes are not fully drilled. Similarly to the other foosball tables we recommended today, an electrical screwdriver will cut the time in half so make sure you have one fully charged with you.
It has a classy look and the combination of colors and panel make this table one of the most beautiful we are reviewing today. Could have been more sturdier just by adding more weight but well for this price it must be the best you can get for an official foosball table. Overall a great one if you are not an abuser. Recommended to be placed in a room at least 10 ft by 8 ft large. Have fun!

It has a cherry wood mahogany finish with beautiful lines all around the sides, wood made handlebars for the solid steel playing rods. The score keeper is made of light brown wood marbles and the rest of the table is dark brown cherry. The playing field has a classy parquet playing durable surface. The legs are robust and sturdy and they looks like real pieces of furniture. They come with adjustable legs levelers.
It is a three goalie table but if you want you can install one goalie only, entirely up to you. There is a return ball system in place, a plastic hose basically but the stock balls may not work that fine so you might end up buying different ones. We suggest you try something heavier.

Carrom Signature foosball table stands out in terms of design, materials used for the build, durability and features. It’s made of high density particle board and it’s 55 inches long which makes it the biggest in our top, and 29 inches wide which becomes 51 inches with the rods installed. It comes with hollow rods with octagon wooded handles with precision bearings, high impact ball return system, 4 drink holders, one at the top of each leg, classy long lasting wooden scoring beads and scratch resistant playing surface. Has two goalie options: 1 goalie or 3 goalie and it ships with 2 sets of pegs, one weighted black and yellow players and another set with painted players that may look better but you may want to trade the look for the functionality and we have the feeling you may go for the counter-weighed option.
The goalies profile is curved and it gives you the chance to shoot the ball at an angle unlikely of any other foosball sets. If you decide to go with one-goalie setup you can go with the corner insert ramps that comes with the set. This way there are low chances of dead corners left and right the goalie. They blend pretty well with the table and they shouldn’t be a distraction from the game-play.
Comes in two colors, Burr Oak and Moroccan. It has a nice modern melamine finish that will look great home or at the office. The leg levelers help you ensure the table is perfectly leveled for great games.
It’s shipped completely disassembled but that isn’t a bad thing necessarily. It gives you the freedom to move parts separately to the room of your choice and that makes it easier especially if you plan to install the table upstairs since moving the whole 180lb at once can be difficult on stairs.
It can take up to 4 hours to assembly depending on how handy you are, if you use power screw drivers and if you’ve got help. The instructions are easy to follow, it’s just the fact that the playing surface, the rods and all panels come completely disassembled and that takes time to put together.
